Successful food production in recycled containers (Jimmy PIOQUINTO)

We can’t resist promoting the nice work of Jimmy PIOQUINTO (The Philippines), showing how successful container gardening can be.  Numerous plastic bottles and other containers were filled with local dirt and cow manure (no synthetic fertilizers) and seeded or planted with different vegetables.  Admire the lush fresh food.

Jimmy was introduced to container gardening by Mr. Perfecto ‘Jojo’ ROM : https://containergardening.wordpress.com/2011/08/14/follow-urban-farmer-perfecto-%E2%80%9Cjojo%E2%80%9D-rom-philippines/

This can be the start of a remarkable popularity of container gardening and vertical gardening in The Philippines (and the rest of the world, even in the refugee camps ?).
